Tips For Making Chocolate Strawberry Tower

Do you love chocolate and strawberries? Do you love to impress your guests at parties? If so, this recipe is perfect for you. Chocolate Strawberry Tower is a wonderful dessert that will look not only amazing but also taste delicious. It’s easy to make and can be served in many different ways: like a cake, torte or even ice cream cake. One of my favorite variations of this dish is to bake it as strawberry shortcake with whipped cream on top!

I hope these tips help you enjoy the process of making this yummy treat! Ingredients you will need: 1/3 cup margarine, softened 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons milk 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10 strawberries (5 per serving), sliced in half lengthwise 7 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 4 cups boiling water Confectioners’ sugar for dusting. Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Beat together margarine, sugar and milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until combined well.

Sift together flour and baking soda; add to margarine mixture, beating to combine. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour dough into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing the cake from the pan. Once the cake is cooled, cut it into 8 pieces. Place one piece of cake on a plate, top with 5 strawberry halves (reserve 1 strawberry half for decorating), and cover with another piece of cake.

Do this again to make one tower. Melt chocolate chips in boiling water by placing the chocolate chips in a large bowl, then pouring 4 cups of hot water over the chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Place strawberry tower in chocolate sauce, turning to coat completely, and then remove with a fork allowing the excess chocolate sauce to drip off on the side of the bowl. Place the tower on another plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before decorating with a reserved strawberry half. Dust strawberries with confectioners’ sugar before serving.

You can decorate a chocolate strawberry tower with additional fruits like bananas, kiwis or raspberries; Use melted dark chocolate instead of a white one to get a brown chocolate tower, or you can make a Spumoni Tower by alternating strawberry, kiwi and mandarin orange slices. In this article, you learned how to make a chocolate strawberry tower.

However, many different types of towers can be made with these ingredients and other foods such as fruits or vegetables. The sky is the limit when it comes to making your own edible creations in the kitchen!  You can decorate your tower with anything you want to add a personal touch. You can use pretzels, nuts, or just about any other type of candy for the base and the strawberries
